Nani Berlin works with various shipping service providers such as UPS, DHL, DPD, and others. To provide you with the best possible service, we select the shipping service provider that is most suitable for your order. The delivery time is displayed in the shopping cart. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location in Germany.
- Standard – DHL: 3-5 business days
- Express - UPS: 1-2 business days

Switzerland & other non-EU countries
As these countries are outside the EU, import duties and taxes apply. At checkout, you can choose between two options:
- Free shipping, duties paid on delivery (DAP): We ship your order free of charge. Import duties and taxes are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- Fully cleared delivery (DDP): We take care of customs clearance and VAT for you and charge a proportional fee for this, which is shown at checkout. Your order arrives fully cleared, with no additional charges at delivery.
Order Changes/Cancellation
Unfortunately, it is technically not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If you still do not wish to receive your order, you have the following options:
- You can exercise your right of withdrawal. Please contact our customer service at hello@naniberlin.com.
- You can refuse to accept your order upon delivery. Your entire order will then be returned to the sender. Once your package has arrived at our warehouse, a refund will be issued. Please note that this is only possible if you reject the entire order. You can then place a new order on naniberlin.com as usual.
