Nani Berlin works with various shipping service providers such as UPS, DHL, DPD, and others. To provide you with the best possible service, we select the shipping service provider that is most suitable for your order.

• Free shipping is available for orders over €100 within Germany.
• Free shipping is available for orders over €200 within EU countries.
• Customers in Germany and EU countries must pay for returns*.
• For returns, we offer discounted shipping labels—please contact us.
• For Swiss customers, we cover import duties (taxes, customs) for orders over €200.
• For non-EU countries (e.g., England), import duties (taxes, customs) must be borne by the customer, but we offer free shipping.

The delivery time is displayed at checkout. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location in Germany.

• Standard – DHL: 3-5 business days
• Express - UPS: 1-2 business days

Unfortunately, it is technically not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been shipped. If you still do not wish to receive your order, you have the following options:

• You can exercise your right of withdrawal. Please contact our customer service at hello@naniberlin.com.
• You can refuse to accept your order upon delivery. Your entire order will then be returned to the sender. Once your package has arrived at our warehouse, a refund will be issued. Please note that this is only possible if you reject the entire order. You can then place a new order on naniberlin.com as usual.

Currently, we are unable to deliver packages to parcel stations.

The 4-in-1 Convertible Crib is oiled and can be cleaned with a damp, well-wrung cloth. We recommend not using cleaning agents and treating the entire surface evenly. Depending on usage, it is advisable to re-oil the surface once or twice a year. Only use products suitable for wooden surfaces. If you have any questions about care, our customer service is happy to help.

The safety of our children is very important to us as manufacturers and parents. In the development process, we adhered to the European standards for cribs EN 1130 and baby cribs EN 716. The 4-in-1 Convertible Crib has been tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory according to EN-716-1:2019.

• EN 1130-1:2019: Furniture - Cribs for domestic use - Part 1: Safety requirements. This standard addresses all safety requirements for the product, such as material, construction, stability, and even packaging.
• EN 716-1:2019: Furniture - Cribs and folding beds for domestic use - Part 1: Safety requirements. This standard addresses specific safety requirements for the product, such as flammability, edges, and protruding parts, gaps between parts, small parts, sharp edges, pressure points, etc.

Due to the unique round shape of the 4-in-1 Convertible Crib, a matching mattress is required. We offer a high-quality standard mattress. Our Nani Berlin mattress is produced by a well-known mattress manufacturer in Germany and is certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

When developing our products, we adhere to the applicable safety standards.

A baby mattress should have a high level of firmness and be breathable. The Nani Berlin baby mattress is made in Germany by a renowned mattress factory. It meets the safety standards for baby and child mattresses according to EN 16890:2021-08. The materials are tested for harmful substances and certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Product Class 1 for baby products is the strictest of the four product classes of the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

We recommend converting the crib to a toddler bed only when your child can walk steadily. The legs of the 4-in-1 Convertible Crib can be adjusted so that your child can more easily climb in and out of the bed on their own. Ensure a safe environment and do not leave your child unattended in the bed while playing.

The wheels are not approved for the configuration as a bedside crib. The bedside crib must always be attached to the parent’s bed with the securing strap according to the safety standard for cribs EN 1130:2020-2.

You can use the 4-in-1 Convertible Crib as a bedside crib next to your bed. When your child becomes more motorically active, can pull themselves up, and sit down, and there is a risk that they might crawl out of the bedside crib on their own, you should convert it to a crib.
